People’s Artist of Russia, Sergey K. Shakurov
In 1964, after graduating from Theatre School studio at the Central Children's Theatre (course of A. Nekrasova, and V. Kolesaev), began working at the Malaya Bronnaya Theatre, and next year admitted to the troupe of the Central Academic Theatre of Russian Army.
Since 1971 — an actor of the Moscow Theatre named after K. Stanislavsky, played Cyrano in the performance Cyrano de Bergerac by E. Rostand, a role which has become a theatrical legend.
Since 1987, S. Shakurov — freelance actor, participates in various theatrical projects. Among them: performance I stand at the restaurant by E. Radzinsky. In 1999, he received an invitation to play Chekhov's Ivanov in the performance Ivanov and others on the stage of the Moscow Young Generation Theatre. Among the actor's theatrical works are the top of the world repertoire, as the leading roles in performances: Death of Ivan the Terrible by A. Tolstoy, The Living Corpse by L. Tolstoy, The Masquerade by M. Lermontov, Hamlet by W. Shakespeare.
