Kirill Pletnyov

He graduated from the St. Petersburg State Theatre Arts Academy (course of V. Petrov). From 2000 to 2003 — actor of the Moscow Theatre managed by A. Dzhigarkhanyan. Played in this theatre Bobchinsky-Dobchinsky (“The Government Inspector“ directed by S. Gazarov), Cat (“Fairytales of Learned Cat” directed by A. Kiryuschenko), Figaro („The Mad Day, or The Marriage of Figaro” directed by Y. Klepikov), Foma («Close your eyes — I will tell you fairytales» directed by Y. Klepikov). He has played in performances: I. Keruchenko “Phantom Pains“ (Dmitry: prize of the festival „New Drama”, 2005), “I am machinegunner“ (prize of the newspaper “Moskovsky Komsomolets” and award „Seagul”, 2007) — in the “Theatre.Doc“, „Hedda Gabler” (Ejlert Levborg) — Theatrical Meyerhold Centre. In 2006 at the International Festival of Military Cinema named after Y. Ozerov he was awarded the prize “Golden Sword“ for the role in film „The Confrontation”. He has acted in such films and serials as: «Soldiers-3», “The Legend of Koschei“, “The Explosion at Dawn“, “The Penal Battalion“, “The Saboteur”, „The Admiral”, „High Security Vacation”, „Pop” and etc.
